Dear Misbuero.Online,
We, RD Legal GmbH (RIGHTS-DEFEND), are writing to you on behalf of our client RAWF8, whose licence and image rights, limited to the territory of the Federal Republic of Germany, we are protecting here. Our local legal partners will take care of this abroad.
Our customer has informed us that Misbuero.Online may be using a image/pictures (hereinafter „image material“) without permission. In any case, our customer could not find a licence for the subsequent use by you:

Images are regularly protected by copyright and infringements can lead to claims for damages in the country where they were used without a valid licence.
On behalf of our customer, we would first like to establish whether you have permission or a valid licence to use the image material for the territory of the Federal Republic of Germany. If you have a corresponding licence to use the image material, please reply to this e-mail and enclose appropriate proof (e.g. licence agreement, invoice, consent of the rights holder).
Please respond to this letter no later than December 14, 2025.
If you do not have a licence or do not respond to this e-mail within the deadline, we must first assume that your use of the image material most likely constitutes a copyright infringement in the territory of the Federal Republic of Germany and you could then be legally obliged to compensate our customer for the damage caused by this infringement. Our local legal partners check this for us in other countries.

We accept PayPal, credit cards and bank transfer.
These licence fees are calculated on the basis of the licence history provided to us by our customer, the duration of use and the type of infringement.
If you do not respond to this email or do not take either of the two options, we will refer your case to one of our partner lawyers for further examination and possible enforcement of our customer’s rights. This will result in further costs for you.
